Temporary database storage: For reliability purposes (fallback), form submissions are temporarily stored in the WordPress database. These entries are deleted after successful delivery and serve solely to ensure that your inquiry is received.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where the user has given consent, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the inquiry constitutes a pre-contractual measure (e.g. a product request).
Data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. This is the case when the relevant conversation with the user has concluded, provided no statutory retention obligations (commercial or tax law) apply.
